Shipping destinations
Syrenica ships internationally from Israel.
The countries currently available for delivery are shown at checkout. If your country can be selected at checkout, we ship there.
We do not ship to destinations that are not available in the country selector at checkout.
Shipping rate
We charge a flat international shipping rate of:
US$24.90 per order
The rate remains the same regardless of the number of items included in the order.
The final shipping charge is displayed before payment.
United States — duties prepaid
All orders shipped to the United States are sent DDP — Delivered Duty Paid.
Syrenica prepays the applicable U.S. import duties through our shipping service. Customers should therefore not be required to pay import duty when the parcel arrives in the United States.
Any applicable sales tax displayed and collected at checkout is separate from import duty.
Processing time
We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours after purchase and payment confirmation.
Processing may occasionally take longer during weekends, public holidays, unusually busy periods or when additional payment or address verification is required.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after the order has been dispatched.
Registered and tracked shipping
All orders are sent using a registered shipping service with tracking.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after dispatch. Tracking updates are provided by the postal service or carrier and may not appear at every stage of international transit.
Estimated transit time
International transit usually takes approximately 7–21 days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.
This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery period.
Delivery may take longer because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

customs processing;
-
aviation-security procedures;
-
postal or carrier delays;
-
dangerous-goods transportation requirements;
-
public holidays;
-
weather conditions;
-
strikes or transportation disruption;
-
war, civil disturbance or security restrictions; and
-
delays within the destination country.
A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that a parcel has been lost.
Customs charges outside the United States
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, orders shipped to countries outside the United States are not sent DDP.
The recipient is responsible for any import duties, import taxes, customs-clearance fees, brokerage charges or other destination-country charges imposed on the order.
Syrenica does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including any apartment number, postal code and telephone number required for delivery.
Contact us immediately at contact@syrenica.com if you notice an address error.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched. Syrenica is not responsible for delay, non-delivery or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Delivery and collection
Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and collecting the parcel when required.
A parcel may be delivered to the recipient, another person at the delivery address, an authorized safe place, a parcel locker, a local post office or another collection point selected or authorized by the customer or carrier.
Unclaimed, refused and returned parcels
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, not collected, returned because import charges were not paid, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for:

the original shipping charge;

return-shipping costs;
-
customs or carrier charges;
-
handling costs; and
-
the cost of reshipping the order.
Any refund will be considered only after the parcel has been returned to and received by Syrenica.
Where permitted by applicable law, these costs may be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law or the return resulted from our error.
Delayed or missing parcels
If tracking shows no meaningful progress beyond the normal estimated delivery period, contact us at contact@syrenica.com with your order number.
We may need to open an investigation with the postal service or carrier. The customer must provide any information or cooperation reasonably required for that investigation.
A refund or replacement for a missing parcel will be considered after the carrier has completed its investigation or confirmed that the parcel is lost, subject to applicable consumer law.
Damaged orders
If an order arrives damaged, follow the procedure in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Please retain the product, shipping box, internal packaging and shipping label and contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Where mandatory consumer law conflicts with this policy, the mandatory legal requirement will apply.
